A House with the Earth

A name of the house is Earth house. It is buried under the earth completely. Tall and numerous trees are surrounding the house. It feels there’s no artificial but the house. Earth House is a house of the sky. It is a house which focuses on the primal relationship between nature and humans. The ‘small house’ is open to the courtyard which is open to the sky. A Korean poet, who wrote beautiful poems about the sky, the Earth, and the stars would live in the house and write a poet. He would write a poet on the roof of the house, which is on a same level with the ground, looking at gleaming stars on the night sky. For some time, stopping by the house and enjoying the dense green trees and the sky would be great. But living in the house for several years only talking with the sky could be hard to endure. Imagining sound of the night trees feels good. There is no light at all, only sound of the dense trees makes calm sound. I would feel that there’s no one who could be shown to the stars on the sky but me. Only looking the picture and imagining living in the house makes me calm and sedate.
